How to convert a Baby Crib to a Toddler Bed.?

I have a crib that converts into a toddler bed and a full size bed, but I am not sure how to convert it into a full size bed and I dont have the instructions or remeber who made it.

I had a crib like that. For a full size all it really is is the headboard. I was under the impression that you got the rails and other stuff. I wish I could help more, but if your crib is like the one I had, all you need to do is figure out what part makes the headboard.
