My 10 month old son has developed small red dots on his face, chest, and back…They are very small and sparse across his body…I thought it was teething but now its spread to his back and chest…Baby seems fine…
If he had a fever prior to that it could be rosiola. Its not itchy it just happens right after the fever. The fever has to be high and lasts for about 2 days, the fever stops and then the spots appear. Just give him a temp, give him some benedryl [childrens kind], some tylenol, lots of liquids, and moisturizer lotion.
If there was no fever, then its a heat rash. Just put him in lose fitting clothes, give him a cool bath for the next couple days, and just put sometype of mosturizer on him like aveeno.
